The identification of female Cocos Booby vs Brown Booby is very difficult. The conclusion on this bird was Cocos, due to the pink-yellow bill, and the curve of the culmen.
On June 16th 2025, Mark Peterson found a Brown/Cocos Booby in the Comanche NG near the “town” of Pritchett, Baca CO.
